Coming with Mr Prime Minister, there were Mr. Cao Duc Phat, Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee; Mr Mai Tien Dung, Minister of the Office of the Government ; Mr Nguyen Xuan Cuong, Minister of Agriculture and Rural development; Mr Chu Ngoc Anh, Minister of Science and Technology ; Mr Nguyen Duc Chung, Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee and leaders of departments, agencies, districts, towns and city.
During the visit, Mr Prime Minister came to Dong Van II IP to see workshops and factories and meet with managers and workers of Sumi Vietnam Wiring System Co., Ltd (SVWS). On the occasion of new year, Mr Prime Minister congratulated the entire SVWS on having a productive year in Vietnam, making great contribution to the socio-eco development in the region and the country. Mr Prime Minister also appreciated efforts of the company, especially the workers who directly work in factories and expected them to learn more experiences and technics to keep pace with the development and innovation of the world.
SVWS is 100% foreign owned enterprise from Japan, specializing in producing conductor of motorbikes and cars, currently leasing 10 hectares in Dong Van II IP, Duy Tien district, Ha Nam. Started from February 2008, until now, SVWS employs approximately 4000 staff and workers. The company also kept top positions in good revenue and profit generations, with full support from VID Group.
It is widely known that Dong Van II IP is currently more than 90% occupied and as one of key IP developed by VID Group, featured by strategic location and favourable investment climate. It is expected that, in Q1/2017, VID Group would continue to implement the new Dong Van III IP with the total area of 234.7 hectares providing a high-quality and comprehensive infrastructure and leased land to investors. This project is well-received by Ha Nam government and shall become an impressive investment destination in Ha Nam by creating a stable, attractive and promising investment climate.
